Wenger Hint Podolski would flee in January
London – Desire Lukas Podolski to unplug from Arsenal in search of flying hours seems to be realized, after Arsene Wenger hinted exit door wide open for the German player.
Podolski is currently concerned about his future at the North London club as the lack of opportunities to play are obtained. This season he only appeared seven times in the Premier League that it all started from the bench.
He only got to be a starter when Arsenal appeared in the English League Cup. With injuries early in the season so cause decreased performance.
However, Podolski seems still can not get a place in the first team even though he had appeared okay. Examples are when made two goals in the Champions League some time ago.
Arguably the competition in front of Arsenal who filled Olivier Giroud, Alexis Sanchez, Danny Welbeck, and Theo Walcott so why. Not to mention such as quarterback–wide attacking midfielder Santi Cazorla and Mesut Ozil.
Well, going back to the beginning of January next Ozil play clearly time to play Podolski will be increasingly limited. This is also what has made him think of a chance to get away from the club was nicknamed the Gunners.
Podolski himself toned rumored to be joining on loan at Inter Milan in the winter transfer window. If satisfactory, the Nerazzurri can mempermanenkan at the end of the season.
“We will be able to play again Mesut Ozil in early January, so obviously will be fiercer competition for the position of the core team,” said the Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, as quoted by Football Italia.
Is Wenger statement was meant to pave the way out to Podolski? Let’s wait.
